Description
Survodutide is a synthetic, lipidated glucagon analogue with dual agonist activity at the glucagon and GLP-1 receptors, carrying a C18 fatty diacid attached through a glycine-serine and gamma-glutamyl linker. It is studied in in vitro receptor assays and laboratory models of energy expenditure and hepatic lipid metabolism. Research use only.
