Description
Semaglutide is a synthetic analogue of human GLP-1 (7-37) with 2-aminoisobutyric acid at position 8, arginine at position 34 and a C18 fatty diacid side chain on lysine 26 that promotes albumin binding. It is studied in laboratory research on GLP-1 receptor signalling and incretin-related metabolic models. Supplied lyophilised, for in vitro research only.
