Description
Cagrilintide is a synthetic 37-residue analogue of the pancreatic hormone amylin, lipidated at the N-terminus with a C20 fatty diacid through a gamma-glutamyl linker. It is studied in laboratory research on amylin and calcitonin receptor signalling and in models of appetite regulation. Supplied lyophilised, for in vitro research only.
