Research blend

In short A vial containing several peptides in defined amounts, prepared for studies of combined pathways.

A research blend combines two or more peptides in one vial, in stated amounts. UKPeps offers three: CJC-1295 no DAC + ipamorelin (5 mg + 5 mg), GLOW 70 (BPC-157, GHK-Cu and TB-500) and KLOW 80 mg (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV).

Blends are used where a study looks at more than one pathway at once, or where the components are routinely handled together. The convenience comes with a trade-off: the ratio is fixed by the manufacturer, and the components cannot be varied independently.

A blend has no single CAS number, because a CAS number designates exactly one substance. Each component has its own specification, and the product page lists the composition instead of a formula. Purity is specified per component.

Certificates for blends are less common than for single peptides. Where we do not hold a certificate for a blend, the product page says "certificate on request" and the certificates for the individual components remain in the library.
